A membership-based training restaurant that promotes Chinese food culture👍

This Chung Restaurant, which belongs to the Dao Heung Group, is located in the Chung Wai Ping Building in Fo Tan, Shatin. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit D of Fo Tan MTR Station. It only serves members.
However, there is no need to be put off by the membership system, as you can join on the spot for only NT$300. In addition to the NT$50 membership fee, you will also receive five NT$50 cash coupons. Only one can be used at a time, and members are free to add one.
Although it is a training restaurant, the standard of the dishes is at master level. Some of the dim sum are not necessarily available in ordinary Daoxiang restaurants, while the shrimp dumplings and siu mai that are available in ordinary restaurants are more unique here. The shrimp intestines are crystal clear, and the shrimps are chewy and delicious. There is also a food culture museum here. Although the museum is only open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, admission is free. So even though the Dao Heung Group has restaurants all over Hong Kong and Kowloon, this one is worth a visit. 👍
The interior of the store is decorated in an antique style, with many pictures of ladies hanging on the wall, and an automatic water dispenser for making tea, which is full of the characteristics of Daoxiang restaurants☕️. All bathrooms have automatic doors, automatic sensor hand washing sinks, and each wash basin is equipped with an independent mini hand dryer, which makes the room feel more hygienic and clean during the epidemic. 👍
