Tsuen Wan|Gourmet Shanghai Cuisine. Shanghai Ming Ju.

Located in the upscale Discovery Park, this Shanghai restaurant features both booth seating and round tables, providing a spacious dining environment. Upon sitting down, we were presented with a selection of tea leaves to choose from, with each person receiving their own packet. The ginseng oolong tea was pleasantly smooth and rich in flavor, and even after multiple brews, it retained its aroma. The tea costs $12 per person.

🥟 Red Oil Wontons $38
The wontons are filled with fresh meat and are not spicy, with only the raw garlic on top adding a slight hint of spiciness.

🐖 Black Vinegar Ribs $88
The black vinegar ribs were well-prepared, stir-fried with pineapple to achieve a balanced acidity. The ribs were tender and not greasy.

🥠 Fried Red Bean Paste Dumplings $48
Filled with red bean paste, the dumplings were not overly sweet, with the red bean flavor standing out. However, the skin was a bit too firm.
