Mui Wo, Lantau Island | A relaxing bay with transportation and sightseeing tips

|A bay where you can relax and unwind/with transportation and sightseeing tips. Thinking of going to the beach to relax, take the subway 🚇 to Tung Chung, get out of the bus 🚌 station, take the 3M bus 🚌, it is a double-decker bus, you can use Alipay to take the bus, the ticket is 13 yuan, see Figure 3-5
🚤
There are also express and ordinary boats to and from Central Pier to Mui Wo, see Figure 6
🏝️
Mui Wo is not a separate island🏝️, but a bay of Lantau Island, the largest island in Hong Kong. It is named after its shape of plum blossom♣️ and Mui Wo Hill⛰️.
🪨
There were silver mines here in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the remains of the silver mine caves can still be seen today. Later, it was abandoned because the ore content was not high.
The small waterfalls around are only beautiful in the rainy season.
🏖️
The beach is relatively calm, with few people, and a small resort hotel.

There are also the "Mui Wo Market" and the "Mui Wo Cooked Food Market" on the island, as well as some coffee shops, McDonald's, convenience stores and bars. There are very few people there, and only local residents visit.
🐮
I saw a lot of buffaloes 🐃 on the hiking trail. They all looked at me blankly. The dogs 🐶 on the trail were also very friendly. Looking at the older dogs, I hope they are all living healthy lives.
