Homemade rice cooking experience @ Good Pot Days

I saw the newly opened "Good Pot Days" on the 7th floor of East Point City, which focuses on one-person exquisite Japanese hot pot, which is clean and hygienic. The restaurant is Japanese style, with cafeteria seating, you can choose from different specialty soups such as beauty pot, kombu pot, sukiyaki, salmon flavor, herbal white pot, etc., with vegetable platter + rich beef + Japanese rice (can be upgraded to cook rice).

The sukiyaki soup is sweeter, and to be honest, it's not suitable for cooking rice, otherwise it will taste like cracking some sugar. The vegetable combination includes beetroot slices, carrot slices, mushrooms, lettuce, baby cabbage, and several bean sprouts. There are always two lion dog rolls and honeycomb tofu to absorb the essence of the soup. The beef fillet is tender, the beef flavor is rich, and the color is even. It turns pink after 10 seconds of boiling. It's fragrant enough to be selected.

Experience cooking rice at home, eat only one-third of the soup, add white rice, add black pepper and spring onion, reduce the sauce and eat. The sukiyaki is very thick. I ate the kombu soup that my friend ordered. The taste is much more balanced!
