Luoyang Folk Museum: A specialized museum in China, located at the southern end of Xinjie Street in Luoyang, it was built on the site of the ancient Luze Guild Hall complex. It features a dance tower, bell and drum tower, passage rooms, corridors, a main hall, a rear hall, and side halls, forming a complex of rigorously constructed and uniquely styled ancient buildings.
The museum is grand and majestic. The existing front hall (with the dance tower behind it) and the rear hall are arranged along the central axis, flanked by the bell and drum tower, east and west passageways, east and west corridors, and east and west side halls. The original Kirin Moon-gazing Screen, Kuixing Tower, Wenchang Pavilion, and some of the stone carvings were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. The entire building is clad in green tiles with glazed tile trimmings and a glazed dragon and phoenix ridge decoration. The floor is paved with square bricks and bordered with bluestone. The main hall features coiled dragons, the dance tower features dragons and winds, the passageways, bell and drum tower, rear hall, and side halls feature flowers, and the corridors feature depictions of Guan Yu's life. Wood carvings primarily feature brackets and corbels, with the main hall's dance tower being the most impressive.
