I had an unforgettable omakase experience at Sushi Gingetsu in the Tin Hau district of Hong Kong.
The restaurant has an elegant environment, combining modern and simple design to make people feel relaxed. It has only 8 bar seats and private rooms.
The chef comes from a Michelin-starred restaurant. His picky approach to ingredients and superb skills ensure that every dish has a fresh flavor.

We tasted 10 sushi dishes and 7 sake dishes, and the taste of the sea urchin was especially amazing, rich and smooth.
Every ingredient is carefully selected, from abalone to fresh sashimi, and every bite makes you feel the chef's care.
In terms of service, the waiter was friendly and kept refilling our tea.
