I've always wanted to try the restaurants in Harbor City overlooking the sea. Last weekend I chose this western restaurant to have lunch. Early booking positioning requires a window seat, fortunately the sun is shining and there is no cruise booth parking, you can enjoy the view of Central, very chill.

In fact, the restaurant also features an outdoor location, but the weather has been still cold lately, so next time I will go out and feel the gentle sea breeze. Also the waiters were friendly and quite smiling, which made the overall experience of dining good.

The mushroom soup served first was very rich in flavor, with a hint of black pepper aroma. In addition, the corn and cucumber salad was filled with purple onions, cherry tomatoes and cheese.

The tubular pasta is cooked just right with a slight chewiness. The mushroom sauce served is rich and smooth, with a hint of milk and the natural fresh and sweet aroma of mushrooms. The top fried mushrooms with seven-spice powder are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and are also innovative.

The fish meat is tender and juicy, the cooking method is simple but exquisite, the fish freshness is prominent. The only thing is that the side dish potatoes are too hard.

The apple filling is moderately sweet and sour, with crispy crumbs, rich layers of taste, with vanilla ice cream, every bite of sweet and sour ice, nothing to be picky, is the highest quality food, must-order. The Lemon Tart, on the other hand, features a fresh lemon and sour aroma, smooth egg white foam on the surface, and a crispy crust.
