Check in at a palace-style restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui📸

#February Good Places 2025
This time I went to high tea, a court-style restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant is themed in white palace style. The entrance has a European-style arch, the floor is paved with black and white tiles, and there are crystal chandeliers. The environment is elegant and spacious.

Royal Tea Set Menu
Seafood canapés
Lobster butter bread
Fried shrimp and egg salad toast
Hokkaido sashimi scallops thin

Savory Canapés
Parma ham honeydew melon
Tomato Meatballs English Small Muffins
Duck liver mussels with figs

Exquisite Sweet
Pistachio caramel compote
Mini fresh fruit tarts
Citrus Madeleine Shell Cake
Colorful macarons

The three-tier shelf here is mainly savory, very suitable for people who do not want to eat so many sweets. For savory, lobster butter bread is baked crispy and soft inside, full of butter aroma, paired with lobster meat, refreshing and bouncy. Duck liver mussels with figs, duck liver oil is moist and sweet, figs are sweet and just average greasy.

For dessert, the pistachio caramel compote is smooth and a must for pistachio fans. Citrus Madeleine Shell Cake is fluffy in the mouth and has a light citrus aroma. It also comes with two drinks, lemon tea, lemonade, coffee and juice.
