"Flowering Years Set Meal"

In this romantic season, the restaurant offers the "Blooming Years Set Menu" at only HK$588 per person (original price HK$888, starting from two people).
The set menu includes eight authentic Shanghainese delicacies and a glass of selected sparkling wine

The opening dishes include smoked soft-boiled eggs, jellyfish heads in aged vinegar, and crispy eels in honey sauce, which are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which are very appetizing. The braised crab meat, bamboo fungus and shark fin that followed had a rich broth base and the crab meat was delicious.

The main courses include tender and bouncy dry-fried tiger prawns and crispy Angus beef with excellent texture.
The Yangzhou radish and abalone sauce is delicious, the abalone is soft and the radish is tasty.
There are also signature steamed buns on the iron plate, which are fragrant and rich in soup.

Finally, the dessert of Gaoli red bean paste banana and almond tofu was the perfect ending.
