A Singaporean restaurant worth trying in Causeway Bay

This time I want to introduce a Singaporean restaurant called "Flower Wave" on the 6th floor of Times Square in Causeway Bay. The restaurant is quite spacious and suitable for wheelchair users!

1. Boneless Hainanese Chicken Rice + Iced Malay Tea $88 + Nyonya Fried Fresh Milk $26 (9/10)
This boneless Hainanese chicken rice set does not have to pay extra to have iced Malay tea, boneless Hainanese chicken rice chicken point about 15 pieces, the chicken meat is quite tender, and a bowl of insect fungus chicken soup, the chicken soup is a little salty!
For the drink, I chose iced Malay tea. The tea flavor is not very strong, and it is just right!
Each afternoon tea meal can be an additional snack, I chose Nyonya fried fresh milk, this Nyonya fried fresh milk crust fried very crispy and soft, a pinch will almost break, inside the fresh milk flavor is very fragrant, a total of four Nyonya fried fresh milk, very tasty!

2. Hanoi Hand-Cut Beef Fillet Beef Balls Soup Rice + Singapore Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin + Hot Orange Plum Water $126 (8/10)
This Hanoi hand-cut beef fillet beef ball soup rice is a recommended package, choose one main course + one snack and drink, the hand-cut beef fillet in the soup river is a little tough, about 5 pieces, the beef balls are not very bouncy, a total of 3 beef balls!
For the snack, I chose the Singapore salted egg yolk fish skin. The salted egg yolk fish skin is fried very crispy, the salted egg flavor is rich, the portion is not small, about 8 pieces of salted egg yolk fried fish skin!
Drinks chose hot orange said plum water, orange said plum each, sour and good to drink!

3. Malay Stir-fried Through Vegetables $78 (8/10)
This Malay stir-fried through cabbage is a little salty, but the portion is not small!

4. Coffee Pandan Toast $36 (8/10)
This curry toast is not crispy enough, the foreskin is a little hard, there are 4 pieces of curry toast in total!
