Went to the Empire Center in Tsim Sha Tsui "Korean Pulse" for Korean cuisine, the shop is run by Koreans, went to eat a Rotating Pot Pork Belly BBQ set during the holidays! The ingredients will be fried in the rotating pot, it feels quite novel
🔅Appetizers
After ordering, the clerk served a variety of Korean appetizers, kimchi, pickled carrots, yuzu, spinach, chicken leg mushrooms and salad vegetables! Fresh kimchi is unbeatable, the taste is particularly crisp!
🔅Pork Belly Fried Rice
The portions are plentiful, the clerk will help put them in the rotary pan and fry until half cooked, then add the asparagus, corn kernels and garlic, and finally add the rice, kimchi and seaweed. The pork belly can be wrapped in lettuce and served with garlic slices and Korean spicy sauce
🔅Pure Tofu Spicy Soup
The tofu is very big, and there are mussels, eggs, vegetables and onions in the pot. I don't think it's very spicy. It would be nice if it could be spicy. It's warm after drinking
🔅Sauce Crab with Butter Rice
Also added a little sauce crab, quite big and a lot of paste, crab meat savory and fresh, leave a little crab paste to use with rice very evil! ! There is a raw egg yolk on the butter rice, and plenty of shredded seaweed. It tastes rich and fragrant when stirred
