We chose to travel there by bus number 15 from the Central area, taking about 45 minutes. The road up the mountain is narrow and has many curves, very scary, but it's worth it when you see the view of Hong Kong Island along the way. The day we went was at the end of the year. The weather up there was very cold and windy. I can honestly say it was cold!! So cold that we had to run in place to avoid getting cold.

On the way back, we changed to take the Peak Tram instead. I recommend that you hurry to line up at the front or back entrance of the tram so that you can take beautiful pictures. The fare for adults is HK$62 for a single trip and HK$88 for a round trip. You can pay with an Octopus card. When I saw the price, I thought to myself, why not just take the round trip? Why waste time taking the bus?😂 But wait, let me whisper that if you go on a holiday, taking the bus up there should be faster. Because the leg we came down at 11am, the line for the tram was very long.
