I recently went to Sheung Wan and discovered an awesome healthy restaurant - Poking. The Hawaiian Poke Rice here is definitely a must-have for those who work out to lose weight. The portion is large and nutritious, and you’ll become a regular customer after trying it.
Spicy Ahi Tuna
This tuna poke rice is paired with edamame, purple onions, fresh mango, sesame seeds and chopped chili peppers. It has a distinct taste, with both seafood flavor and a slightly spicy stimulation. What’s more, it’s served with brown rice, which increases fiber and satiety, making it perfect for people who are trying to lose weight.
