I made an appointment with friends to go to the second floor of Chong Hing Plaza in Mong Kok to eat the spicy hot pot buffet at Niu Zhan (駅), which has received rave reviews online. It occupies the entire floor and there is plenty of space between the tables. On that day, we ordered the SPF American Black Wagyu Slice Set, which has three types of beef and includes all-you-can-eat American Angus beef shank, scallops, sea cucumbers, frog legs, conch slices, yellow throat, orchid clams, crispy cuttlefish, sea cucumbers, etc., which took us two hours to eat.

The self-service area is large and has a wide variety of cooked food, raw food, fruits, snacks, desserts and ice cream. It is very comprehensive and not too crowded when there are many people.

I recommend everyone to try the original Thai-style prawns. Usually, eating prawns out costs over 200 dollars, but this time you can order as much as you want, and it’s definitely worth it. The meat of baby pigeon is extremely delicate, tender and has a unique even distribution of fat. The skin is crispy like glass, the meat is tender and the seasoning is mainly five-spice.
The desserts include two brands, Häagen-daz and Movenpick. You can get your money's worth after having a few cups.
