All-you-can-eat Prawn, Pigeon and Beef Hot Pot

After spending the better part of a month abroad, I couldn't wait to have hot pot back in Hong Kong. I craved beef day and night.
$308 all-you-can-eat SRF American Black Wagyu. Start with the shabu-shabu hot pot base. It's spicy and comes with scallop and pork bone broth. After grabbing my drinks, the soup base arrived.
The beef and shabu-shabu hot pot came in two flavors, spicy and mild, satisfying both my taste buds! A large seafood platter arrived first: cuttlefish, crispy grass carp slices, whitebait, scallops, shrimp, and my favorite, the prawns! Everything was fresh, especially the prawns, which were incredibly juicy!
We ordered every type of beef patty: the shank, shoulder, tongue, and SRF Black Wagyu beef—all must-try! They were plump and had a nice bite.
Each SRF dish had two large pieces of meat, and the marbling was beautiful. We ordered four on our first visit, and they were all gone quickly. We then ordered sesame chicken wings, braised pork belly, and squab. The squab had crispy skin and tender meat, and was delicious! We each had two!
The fish skin, seaweed rings, lychee shrimp balls, and spicy crayfish from the buffet were all high-quality.
We then ordered two prawns and squab, and the SRF Black Wagyu beef. I was afraid the Häagen-Dazs would be sold out, so I grabbed two glasses without delay, but it turned out they were constantly refilled.
We finally ordered one of each dessert and the brown sugar rice cake to finish. All you can eat is prawns, squab, and beef, but these few items were more than enough to make up for the cost!
