All-you-can-eat for a full four hours

Hong Kong people know how to drink and eat, and hot pot can be enjoyed all year round. I’m no exception. Today, I had lunch at this hot pot restaurant with several set meal options.
Set 2 is the US premium shoulder meat set, costing just over a hundred HKD per adult, which is quite a good deal. The highlight is that you can eat for a full four hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy. I chose the rich tomato pork bone broth and pepper pork tripe dual-flavor pot; the soup bases are fresh and flavorful.
The beef chuck eye slices, beef shoulder slices, lamb slices, and pork shoulder are all very tender. The beef tongue is chewy and crisp, and the beef tendon is soft, bouncy, and gelatinous. The Taipei duck blood is very smooth, and the crisp grass carp slices are thick, boneless, and free of fishy smell—very fresh.
The fried items include molten glutinous rice balls, crispy, sweet, and soft, and the small crispy pork is fragrant and crunchy.
The self-service area offers a variety of vegetables and meatballs. The cooked food and snacks section has fried fish skin, bell peppers, crayfish, and more. There’s braised pork rice and shark fin soup, plus a variety of sodas, alcoholic drinks, and homemade healthy teas. There are also many ice creams and popsicles, perfect for cooling down and quenching your thirst.
