"Oyster" Night - Tai Fu Oyster Restaurant

Just happened to be on the same wavelength with my friend, and for some reason, we've been craving oysters these days 🦪😌😌
So this time we came to this oyster-specialty place, "Tai Fu Oyster Restaurant"~
They are currently offering a buy one get one free deal, which means on weekdays it’s only about 500 HKD per person~

The whole set is truly an "oyster" feast~
Various types and cooking styles of oysters all served at once~
The oysters from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan 🇯🇵 are not too briny, the oyster meat isn’t very large but has a rich oyster flavor and a slightly crisp texture~
The Tai Fu Oyster Cream Soup is very rich, served with French bread and pan-fried oysters, the oyster aroma is overflowing 😋
The cocktail platter and baked oysters each use three different seasonings to bring out the fresh oyster flavor~
The overall seasoning isn’t too strong, whether raw or baked, the oyster taste still stands out~
For the cocktail, I like the Mexican spicy sauce, and for the baked oysters, I prefer garlic butter~
Besides oysters, I didn’t expect their wagyu to be quite good too 👍🏻
The wagyu tartare is tender and smooth, with rich layers of flavor, very appetizing~
And the wagyu pizza has a strong beef flavor, the pizza is crispy, hot, and fragrant, perfect with drinks 🥂
