Seaview Afternoon Tea in West Kowloon, Hong Kong｜Japanese Desserts So Beautiful They Make You Scream

After shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, we headed towards Elements Mall and went to the W Hotel for afternoon tea with my bestie.
The moment we stepped into WOOBAR, we were stunned by the floor-to-ceiling glass! Outside the window was the Victoria Harbour view, with the M+ Museum in full sight. Sunshine poured over the W logo DJ booth, making it a favorite "super chill photo spot in Kowloon" for local trendsetters!

This time, we unlocked the "Spring Fukuoka Strawberry Festival" afternoon tea, and the strawberry desserts 🍓 totally hit the girly sweet spot 💘! There were a few I especially loved!
💗 Hokkaido Scallop Tuna Tartare
The scallops were super fresh and sweet, paired with tartare sauce for a refreshing taste.
💗 Kandy Cheese and Ham Puff Pastry Box
So flaky it crumbled~ rich cheesy creaminess mixed with smoked ham, bursting with savory layers.

💗 Caramel Pudding Mille-Feuille Parfait
One spoonful reveals crispy layers + creamy pudding + strawberry chunks, three textures in one bite, pure bliss!
💗 Strawberry Mousse Uji Matcha Sandwich Cookie
The outer layer is sweet strawberry chocolate, the inside has slightly bitter and sweet matcha, paired with strawberry cream sauce—one bite of sweetness, full of happiness.
💜 English Scones
Spread with homemade strawberry jam, the sweet and tangy fruit aroma combined with smooth cream, paired with the included Ruinart Brut Rosé pink champagne 🥂 shimmering with a rose gold hue, faint berry aroma perfectly matches the desserts—just right!

Enjoying afternoon tea under the beautiful West Kowloon scenery, slightly tipsy watching the sunset dye the sea red, it’s basically a scene from a romantic drama! Loved it!
