Located on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, Cai Yue Xuan is the best value Chinese restaurant I've eaten at recently🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Whether it's the dishes, quality, or service, everything exceeded expectations. The restaurant environment is elegant.
If you come in the afternoon, you can even watch planes take off and land. Highly recommended.

The lotus root slices are fried extremely thin and crispy, each slice translucent.
Similar to a caramelized style, crispy, refreshing, and melts in your mouth.
The taste is savory with a hint of sweetness because of the added Doubanjiang, slightly spicy but not greasy at all.

🥢Golden Brick Tofu🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Honestly, this tofu is one of the best I've ever had🤌🏻
The outer layer is fried golden and crispy with a very thin batter, and the inside tofu is extremely smooth and delicate.
The rich bean aroma combined with a light pepper salt flavor is just perfect🩷

The vegetable heart is crisp and sweet, with a subtle almond fragrance and collagen feel. Moisturizing and beautifying.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Unbelievable that for just an extra 100 HKD you get a whole grouper,
and it tastes very fresh, steamed to perfect doneness. Super worth it!!

🥢Whole Kanto Sea Cucumber (+HK$180)
The whole Kanto sea cucumber is covered with six rows of dense spines, very impressive.
The meat is thick with a fresh aroma, texture is crisp, tender, and smooth, very chewy and flavorful.
It’s full of collagen, and at this price, it’s really a great deal🉐️🉐️🉐️

🥢Steamed Chicken with Lotus Leaf and Chinese Herbs
The chicken is cooked just right, tender and flavorful, with the lotus leaf aroma infused into the meat.
Every bite has a hint of lotus leaf fragrance, and the meat juice is very rich. Fresh and not greasy.

🥢Pineapple and Aged Tangerine Peel Sweet and Sour Pork
Each piece is fried crispy on the outside and tender inside. The pineapple fruit aroma and the fresh scent of aged tangerine peel complement each other.
Compared to the usual sweet and sour pork, this has an extra unique aged tangerine peel fragrance, making it tangy and appetizing.
