If you want to try local food in Hong Kong,
try Doggie's Noodle at 💕

It was something familiar but tasted like I was trying it for the first time.

Doggie's Noodle has noodles similar to udon but a bit thicker and less chewy!

We also ordered the shark fin duck noodle,
which was light and had a bracken flavor, which I really liked👍🏻
