Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island

The Tian Tan Buddha sits majestically on Ngong Ping's Wooden Fish Mountain. It is the world's second-largest outdoor bronze Buddha statue. "To broaden your view a thousand miles, climb one more floor" 👍. If you have enough energy, try climbing the 268 stone steps to experience the grandeur of the Buddha and breathe in the celestial atmosphere. Occasionally, you can even see a sea of clouds on the mountain!

One way to get from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping is by cable car, which takes about 20 minutes. Along the way, you'll enjoy beautiful scenery of mountains and water. The Tian Tan Buddha is magnificent and awe-inspiring. The Ngong Ping Village is also worth a visit 😍.
