This time staying at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong was truly a mixed experience! Let’s start with the appealing advantages!

Advantages:

1️⃣ Super convenient transportation: The hotel is right below the MTR station and North Point Ferry Pier. Whether you want to take the MTR to travel around Hong Kong or experience the Victoria Harbour sea view, it’s very easy to get around from the hotel, saving a lot of time and effort!
2️⃣ Unbeatable frontline sea view: The room faces the beautiful Victoria Harbour directly. Open the window and you can take in the blue sea and sky along with passing ships! The biggest surprise is the rooftop pool, where you can swim while overlooking the entire Victoria Harbour—a true visual feast and a perfect spot for photos!

Disadvantages:

1️⃣ Cramped room space: The Premium Sea View Room is really too small. Once you spread out your luggage, there’s barely any space left to move around. Staying long can feel a bit suffocating, but in land-scarce Hong Kong, this might be unavoidable.
2️⃣ Service needs improvement: The front desk service was just so-so. During check-in and inquiries, the staff seemed lacking in enthusiasm and were not proactive in their responses, which significantly affected the stay experience.
