
Nanchang University's Qianhu Campus, located in the Honggutan New District of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, is the main campus of Nanchang University. It serves as the primary training center for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. Nanchang University's 323-meter-long main gate, modeled after the original gate of National Chung Cheng University, is known online as "Asia's No. 1 Gate" and is a landmark of the Qianhu campus. This semicircular gate echoes the vast and picturesque Qianhu Lake and the adjacent Longteng Lake, resembling a red boat with white sails amidst vast expanses of blue water.
The subtropical monsoon climate makes it suitable for travel all year round to experience the youthful atmosphere of the university.
Statue of Peace
The Statue of Peace, standing at the center of Peace Square, was completed in March 2005 by Mr. Yuanyuan. The original was presented to the French people by the China Peace Foundation in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Normandy Landings. The statue in Nanchang University's Peace Square is a replica.

The tallest building on the Qianhu campus is undoubtedly the library. Its 21-story building stands out, resembling a graceful scholar, elegant and majestic. Emblazoned on the facade are large golden characters: "Library Inscribed by Fan Zeng."
Belian Fountain
A fountain stands in the center of the campus square. Its ingenious design, also inspired by Professor Yaoyuan, is named the Beilian Fountain because it resembles a lotus flower with shell-shaped petals. Famous sayings inscribed in various scripts have become a cultural landmark of Changda University.
