Causeway Bay | All-you-can-eat Italian Seafood Brunch Buffet

Just this past weekend, I went with my partner to try a pretty good brunch buffet 👍🏻👍🏻 You can eat for a full three hours 🕐 This time, the buffet features high-quality Italian imported ingredients from starters and seafood to desserts, all super fresh 😀

The salad bar offers a wide variety of choices, including different salad greens, grilled options, and mixed salads with avocado and burrata cheese paired with tomatoes.

Besides that, we could also enjoy caviar + black truffle, truffle caviar crab scrambled eggs, and the lobster soup is a must-try, flaming 🔥 for a perfect visual effect 💯 The seafood selection is generous, with fresh lobster, snow crab legs, chilled shrimp, and mussels. Every two guests receive a complimentary sashimi platter including salmon, sea bass, red shrimp, and caviar.

For dessert, you absolutely must try their waffles 🧇 All handmade by them 😃 The waffles are super delicious, crispy on the outside and soft inside 🤪 Plus, there’s Italian gelato from ISCREAM, offering various special flavors like vanilla and chocolate.
