The broth is made by simmering a large amount of pork bones, seafood, and vegetables for 12 hours, resulting in a fresh and rich flavor!!
You can choose cold or hot noodles; I went with hot noodles~ The noodles are springy and chewy, perfectly coated with sauce, paired with char siu and bamboo shoots, very satisfying🤤🤤

Two wings, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy inside! The seasoning is just right and very flavorful🔥🔥
