This weekend, I visited this newly opened Korean BBQ restaurant in Mong Kok. The price is the same on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, making it a great deal😍. The lunch Korean BBQ offers 90 minutes of unlimited Korean BBQ dishes including meats🥩, seafood, and Korean snacks. For an additional $38, you can enjoy unlimited servings of nine kinds of seafood🐙. If you book for 4 or more people, you’ll also get a complimentary portion of soy sauce octopus. The value for money is excellent😍. Ordering via QR code is fast and efficient.
✨Meats
The meat selection features 6 different cuts of Angus beef from the US and Australia😍, with good quality. Recommended are the beef short ribs and US Angus chuck shoulder, which have a balanced fat-to-lean ratio, rich beef flavor, and a nice chew🥩. The marinated Korean beef and pork neck are tender and flavorful, grilling up deliciously🐔. The chicken wings are large and meaty, pre-scored for easier grilling👍🏻. There are Korean soybean paste and BBQ sauces available for dipping.
✨Seafood
Several seafood options are very fresh. The eel is thick, plump, and has a springy texture. The prawns are large and full of flavor🐚. The cuttlefish beak is big with a chewy texture🦑. The squid, squid tentacles, and capelin are all very fresh and tasty🐟.
✨Korean Snacks
There are over 10 kinds of Korean snacks made to order with good quality. The Korean pancakes and seaweed rice rolls are freshly made and taste great🐔. I tried the cheese fried chicken sprinkled with rich cheese powder, which was crispy🍗. The kimchi pancake was cooked to a smoky, chewy, and crispy perfection. Also, the sweet Korean yuzu single-bone chicken wings and rolled omelet were quite good🍳.
✨Self-Service Area
The self-service area offers appetizers, salads🥗, drinks🥤, and desserts🍧 for you to help yourself. It is clean and well-organized. There are many kinds of Korean appetizers, homemade kimchi, and spicy marinated rice crabs worth trying. There are also various fresh vegetables and lettuce to accompany the grilled meat🥬. Don’t miss the sweet and juicy grilled pineapple🍍. Drinks include soda, yuzu honey, and hot tea🍵. Desserts include vanilla ice cream🍨, brownies, and cream puffs🍰, making for a very satisfying meal.
