🔥 The "Afghan-style slow-cooked lamb ribs" are quite special, slow-cooked for 24 hours. The meat is very tender, infused with Indian mixed spices. The fries are sprinkled with tangy and spicy powder, so delicious you'll want to lick your fingers clean.

🍖 Must-try "Kashmiri lamb shank curry"—the curry aroma is incredible when it arrives! The Kashmiri red sauce is made with eight kinds of dried chili peppers. The slow-cooked lamb shank is tender and large, so soft it falls apart with a fork! Pair it with naan and you won’t be able to stop eating.

🍄 When eating curry, you must order NAAN. We chose "Black truffle Italian cheese" and "Garlic coriander" flavors! These creative new tastes break tradition—the former is full of Italian soft cheese and black truffle sauce; the latter mixes chopped coriander with fragrant garlic, baked until slightly charred and brushed with butter. Super aromatic!

🍮 For dessert, we picked the most representative British "Toffee pudding"! The base is date cake, topped with hot toffee sauce, and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that slowly melts and seeps in—a perfect hot and cold fusion of flavors.
