A Must-Visit Seafood Rice Bowl Spot in Tokyo: Tsujihan (つじ半)

A seafood rice bowl restaurant I had been eager to visit during my Tokyo trip, **Tsujihan (つじ半)**🐟

As it's quite famous, waiting in line is expected, but the turnover is quick, so the wait wasn't as long as I anticipated! The entrance exudes a clean and traditional Japanese vibe, which heightened my expectations ✨

I ordered the 'Special Deluxe' seafood rice bowl, which includes sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe, and I was blown away from the first bite...! The fresh seafood filling my mouth, the moist rice, and the popping salmon roe on top created an incredible combination 🤤
Not only was the taste amazing, but the presentation and plating were perfect too—visually appealing and delicious.

The way of eating was unique and added to the fun! Initially, you eat it as is, but halfway through, you pour their special dashi broth over it to enjoy it 'ochazuke-style' (rice with tea or broth). The flavor was so good that I ended up finishing every drop of the broth 🥣🔥

The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, even for solo diners. The portion size was just right, leaving me perfectly satisfied, and the value for money was excellent. If you're in Ginza and craving fresh seafood rice bowls, I highly recommend this place 💯
