#Hong Kong and Macau Cross-Border Transportation Guide
Bei Ling Shuang Du is a route that crosses the Qingshan (Bei Du Shan) and Yuantou Shan (Ling Du Shan) mountain ranges. The route starts from Qingshan Zen Temple in Tuen Mun, crosses Qingshan and Yuantou Shan (there are 7-8 peaks in between), and then descends to Lingdu Temple. The length is 13 kilometers, with a total climb of 1,320 meters. It takes 5-7 hours and can be exited at Liangtian Ao.

Due to the large drop in the route and the severe weathering and lack of shelter along the mountain trails, some sections require both hands and feet. It is definitely an extremely high-level hiking route. Whether in terms of physical fitness or equipment, you must be fully prepared.

In addition to crossing Beidu Mountain at the starting point and Lingdu Mountain at the end point, Beiling Shuang Du also refers to Beidu Temple (Qingshan Temple) and Lingdu Temple, which stand under the two peaks respectively. Both temples have a history of more than 1,500 years.

There are no road signs along the way to guide the direction. It seems that there are roads everywhere, but there are no roads everywhere. Every move counts——Hiking is also a Zen walk.
