Every time I pass by this mall in Causeway Bay, I’m always drawn in by the colorful soup dumplings ad from this shop. Today, I finally managed to go with my ‘food buddy’ to pay homage😍.

I really love this appetizer. Compared to the usual fried peanuts, pickled vegetables, and fried fish snacks you find outside, this one feels more sincere. ✨ The peanuts and chestnuts are braised until tender, sweet, and fluffy—truly addictive.

A must-order signature! 🌈 Eight flavors all at once (original, fermented loofah, foie gras, black truffle, cheese, crab roe, garlic, Sichuan spicy). The skin is thin, the filling is delicious and juicy💦. My favorite is the crab roe for its fresh flavor, and the Sichuan spicy has a strong kick🌶️. Remember to sip the soup before eating the filling! The dumplings are placed on a cloth underneath, making them easier to pick up with chopsticks🥢 and preventing them from sticking.

🥖 Knife-Cut Fried Buns
Crispy outside, soft inside🔥. The buns are fried to a golden brown, and the chef cuts three slashes on top. Not only does it look nice, but it’s also easy to share with friends and dip in condensed milk. The taste is unbeatable～😈

The duck is flavorful with a nicely colored surface, somewhat resembling cured duck. It’s chewy but not too tough.🪨

Besides the great taste, the best part is the service attitude. The staff are attentive and polite. Seeing that we weren’t eating the soup dumplings quickly, they proactively asked if we wanted to keep the lid on to keep them warm before opening👍🏻. This kind of service attitude is really rare in Hong Kong these days🙈. Next time I meet friends in Causeway Bay, this will be my top choice📍.
