Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Chef's Buffet

The chef's buffet at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very satisfying. The restaurant focuses on local street food, with a surprisingly wide variety, including classic snacks like cart noodles, curry fish balls, pig's blood, and beef tendon, all authentically flavored with a particularly fragrant broth that shows genuine care.
In addition to Hong Kong-style cuisine, there are also Chinese, Indian, Western hot dishes, and desserts, offering a truly rich selection. The environment is designed in a dai pai dong style but still maintains a sense of fashion, complemented by large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere. Overall, it’s a place you’d want to visit again, especially suitable for family gatherings or dining with friends.
