【Hong Kong】 A new ice cream shop has opened in Sheung Wan! The hidden salted egg ice cream is astonishing!

I just finished my duties and passed by Wellington Street in Central, opposite Lin Heung Tea House, where I saw a new restaurant. But what caught my attention first was the ice cream stall at the entrance!

The two daughters of the restaurant owner, Liz & Tori, as mentioned in the shop name, use seasonal fruits and ingredients to create new, highly creative flavors based on classic ice cream tastes! To maintain quality, the shop only offers 10 flavors!

I ordered the salted duck egg milk ice cream: salted egg is a local ingredient rarely used in Western-style ice cream. This salted egg milk ice cream contains over 20 pieces of egg yolk bits in two scoops 😮🙌🏻 Full of sincerity, and topped with black quinoa to add texture and aroma to the egg yolk ice cream!

Liz & Tori has become the sixth high-quality Italian ice cream shop in Mid-Levels and Sheung Wan! I guarantee it 😋
