Weekend Brunch with Sea View

Weekend Brunch is the best thing for me, and if the restaurant has a sea view, you can leisurely take a sip of wine against the tranquil sea, that is a higher enjoyment.

This Saturday, I came to Watermark in Central with my friends to enjoy the restaurant's newly launched brunch.

Located at Pier 7, Watermark can’t be beat in terms of interiors or views.

Red and white wine, sparkling wine, draft beer or cocktail, which one is your favorite? Personally, white wine and sparkling wine have always been the preferred drinks for weekend brunch.

This brunch content is rich to a point, the appetizers alone have eleven kinds, including pickled scallops, oily fish, overnight dried squid, grilled pork loin, wagyu tatar and burrata cheese, etc. etc... you say how exaggerated ~

The pickled scallops, pickled oily fish and overnight dried squid are served in shells and look beautiful. The ingredients are also very fresh, which is best with white wine.

Wagyu heta is also decorated and decorated, looks good, but also tastes good, with crispy bread to eat.

Carnivore friends don't worry, the layered grilled pork loin, accompanied by a delicious gravy sauce, will surely satisfy you, at least I think it's great.

Fried corn cakes, debuted in the shape of a bob, accompanied by feathered gold and blue, is my recommendation.

There are plenty of options for healthy friends, such as red golden cabbage with eight treasures sweet vinegar flavor, crisp mini romaine lettuce salad, exquisite burrata cheese with bread, and long-stemmed broccoli.

Choose one main course, chicken, beef, lamb, pork and fish, and you can even switch to the original Boston lobster for an additional fee like I did.

The whole lobster served on the table, the appearance did win all, like its meat to keep tender (you know many places will be overcooked right), lobster tongs are certainly more exciting, with dots of salmon roe as a garnish, dipped in my taste of Xijing miso sauce, no complaints!

Dessert was served as a platter of beautiful ice cream, a mouthful of mango cake, chocolate cake and red throat cheesecake, plus macarons, with a mouthful of coffee, rounded out.
