Recommended Restaurants Full of Ceremony to Celebrate Birthdays

I highly recommend LAB EAT located on Kimberley Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. This restaurant is full of ceremony. I made an early reservation to celebrate my birthday with my husband, and the restaurant even helped us decorate and set the table, creating a great atmosphere. My husband was already surprised when he arrived.

The restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable, with soft lighting that creates a very atmospheric vibe. We had the lobster set meal for two, which included everything from appetizer salads to main courses, all featuring lobster. It was truly excellent.

First, we had lobster with French butter bread. The French butter bread was crispy and had a great texture. The lobster filling inside was very full and generous.

Next was the lobster avocado salad. The salad plate had dry ice underneath, and when water was poured in, it created a misty effect that was perfect for photos. The salad greens were very fresh, paired with lobster and avocado, making it fresh and appetizing.

The French lobster bisque was also delicious, creamy with a strong lobster flavor, and it even contained lobster meat.

For the main course, you could choose between lobster pasta or risotto. We chose the Italian lobster risotto, which was made with Spanish rice. The texture of the rice was exactly like what I had in Europe, very authentic. The lobster was also cooked perfectly, with a very bouncy texture.

Then came the charcoal-grilled Angus ribeye steak. We ordered it medium, and the chef’s control of the heat was excellent. When cut open, it was perfectly pink, a perfect medium. Just seeing it made my mouth water. The meat was very beefy and extremely juicy. After eating it, I wanted to order more.

Finally, of course, was the surprise dessert. The dessert even had a birthday message stand, and the candle was very unique. The whole experience was full of surprises and ceremony from start to finish.
