First time checking in Tsuen Wan, locked in 📍Hotel COZi Harbour View—escape the crowded city, yet capture both "sea view + local vibe" in the itinerary~The value-for-money is surprisingly high; turns out Hong Kong still has hidden stays with "fewer people and beautiful scenery"~
🏨 Sea View Suite "One room, two sea views," super flexible space
Highly recommend the "Sea View Suite"! Although it’s a studio, the "living room has two beds + bedroom has a large bed," comfortably fitting 3-4 people~The living room and bedroom both have "floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea": high-floor views with "unobstructed sight of the blue sea horizon stretching to the sky" (Photo 2 includes "real shot from high floor," clouds look like they’re floating on the sea~)~
✅ Thoughtful details: Inform the front desk in advance if you "need a bathtub," and they will arrange a "room with a round bathtub" (enjoying a bath while looking at the sea doubles the comfort~); disposable toiletries can be "collected for just 1 HKD," eco-friendly and flexible~
🚶 Location full of "local life vibe," zero-distance for shopping and eating
• Free shuttle bus "direct from Tsuen Wan Station": Take the shuttle bus from Tsuen Wan Station/Tsuen Wan West Station (5-8 minutes ride, frequent service), get off right at the hotel~
• Surrounding "Tsuen Wan living circle" for endless strolling: 5-minute walk to "Tsuen Wan Plaza" and "Luk Yeung Galleria," enjoy "Yee Shun Milk Company steamed milk pudding" and "Ah Yat Abalone’s tea restaurant," catch a Hong Kong movie at Broadway Cinematheque, experience "local daily life"~
• Waterfront activities "both ways":
✅ Turn left 8 minutes to "Near Water Bay Beach": fine soft sand, equipped with showers (super convenient for changing and swimming, Photo 5 shows "beach sunset view"~)
✅ Turn right to stroll along the "waterfront promenade": watch runners and dog walkers come and go, feel the "slow pace of Hong Kong" with the gentle sea breeze~
🌟 Facilities "practical," comfortable even in winter
Pool is "closed in winter," a bit of a pity, but the "lobby bar sea view seats" are a great "affordable alternative": order a hot milk tea, curl up on the sofa watching the sea, listen to "waves + soft indoor music," all fatigue melts away~Staff respond quickly (e.g., "extra blanket," "borrow adapter," solved within 5 minutes), professionalism gives a "strong sense of security"~
💡 Practical Tips: Value-for-money "money-saving" strategy
• Book "high-floor sea view rooms": the view difference is obvious, the higher the floor, the stronger the "vast sea feeling," recommend noting "please arrange above 15th floor"~
• Airport transport "A38 bus direct": Take the A38 bus at the stop outside the hotel, 40 minutes to the airport (fare 20 HKD, half the cost of a taxi~)
• Deep local life "experience": Follow locals to "Tsuen Wan Market" to buy fruit, stop by the "long-established herbal tea shop" for a bowl of summer grass tea, this is the "true hidden Hong Kong flavor in Tsuen Wan"~
Perfect for travelers "tired of crowded attractions, wanting to experience 'another side of Hong Kong'! Stay in a sea view room with 'half the city price' budget, and explore the 'old streets and alleys of Tsuen Wan,' value-for-money 'rarely seen in Hong Kong'~Next time bring your 'fishing gear,' fish while watching the sea at Near Water Bay Beach, engraving the 'peaceful waterfront moments' into your memory~🌟
