[Hong Kong] A casual Spanish lunch gathering at Espuma in Central's high floors!

Today I went undercover again and visited M88 Building in Central to try Espuma's Spanish lunch. The menu offers quite a few choices, with lunches starting at 169 HKD including seafood salad, soup, and a main course. For an extra 15 HKD, you can also get freshly fried hot fries.

The seafood salad is quite generous: it includes shrimp and scallops, paired with salad greens. For the main course, I ordered sea urchin risotto with baby squid. The sea urchin flavor is quite rich, though the rice could be cooked a bit longer.

Around 200 HKD including service charge, plus iced Americano coffee, it's a pretty good option for a business lunch in Central 😌
