Because the kids wanted to ride the Ferris wheel, the Peak Tram, and see the sea, we chose the Four Seasons Hotel, which has a prime location. As a long-established five-star hotel, the service was exceptional. When we asked customer service for extra bottled water to prepare milk for the kids, they generously provided several bottles without hesitation. From entering the lobby to check-in, the process was very quick. The staff were proactive and responsive to any questions. The room cleaning was meticulous. The only drawbacks were that the toilet was not smart, so it felt cold to sit on during winter, and the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, which could be improved.
The hotel’s location is excellent, facing Victoria Harbour with unbeatable sea views, connected to IFC, making shopping and dining very convenient.
To get to Central Pier, you can walk directly through IFC from the hotel in just a short distance, and the Central Ferris wheel is also nearby.
For dinner, we tried the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Lung King Heen downstairs. The service and flavors lived up to its reputation, making it a great experience for families with kids at this hotel.
