My first time at this hotel felt like an adventure! Since the hotel is hidden inside an outlet mall, the driver couldn’t find the entrance. I dragged my suitcase into the mall at midnight—dim indoor lighting, elevators out of service, and I had to carry my suitcase up the escalator to reach the front desk [facepalm].
Actually, the main entrance is right next to the parking garage entrance, less than 200 meters from the drop-off point! I only discovered the grand entrance the next day. New hotels definitely need a break-in period (lol).
