Don't just shop in malls when you come to Hong Kong! The seawater at Sai Kung Half Moon Bay is truly amazing—so clear you can see the coral on the seabed, and the sand is as fine as flour. No wonder it's called Hong Kong's No.1 water quality!
🚗 Transportation Guide:
Take the MTR to Hang Hau Station, transfer to minibus No. 101 to Sai Kung Pier, then take the ferry (HKD 40 round trip, every 30 minutes) directly to Half Moon Bay. Remember to keep your ferry ticket; it will be checked on the return trip!
💦 On-site Experience:
As soon as you get off the boat, you'll be amazed by the "jelly sea"! The blue-green water is so transparent it looks like glass, and you can even see schools of small fish while snorkeling. There are restrooms, showers, convenience stores, and even a first aid center on the shore—very thoughtful!
🌊 Tips:
Take your trash with you! Beautiful seas need everyone to protect them together. It's recommended to arrive early to secure a good spot; the water looks even more dreamy in the afternoon when the sunlight hits at an angle!
This is truly a hidden gem beach in Hong Kong. You don't need to fly abroad to enjoy high-quality glass-like waters. Visiting in summer for photos is definitely something you won't regret!
