During my budget trip to Hong Kong, I found this cozy little café serving the most comforting Tori Soboro rice—soft scrambled eggs paired with juicy minced teriyaki chicken, all over a warm bed of fluffy rice. It was such a simple dish, but every bite was so satisfying. I loved how they balanced the sweetness of the sauce with the savoury egg.

Paired with a tall glass of refreshing iced lemon tea, it was a perfect lunch break that didn’t burn my wallet. The vibes of the place were quirky and nostalgic, filled with old-school posters and cozy corners. Definitely a gem for anyone hunting delicious yet affordable eats in the city.
