Actually, quite a few small shops in Hong Kong make this too,
but I feel the texture isn’t as soft and chewy as the ones made in Taiwan.

Honestly, a box of pistachio dipping mochi slices isn’t cheap at $53
There are only 6 slices in the box
So far, it’s the softest and chewiest mochi slices I’ve had in Hong Kong
They use 100% pistachio cream, the pistachio flavor isn’t very strong
The pistachio bits aren’t heavily salty or savory either
What I appreciate most about the whole box is that the mochi slices are super chewy😆
