[Hong Kong] Unnamed Korean Noodle Shop on Tang Lung Street: The Chicken Thigh Knife-Cut Noodles Are Really Delicious!

There have always been many eateries without Chinese signs on Tang Lung Street in Causeway Bay, but they are actually hidden gems from "Guo Jiang Long." For example, this Korean restaurant Korean Chicken BBQ & Soup appears to sell fried chicken and roasted chicken, but surprisingly, the best dish is the chicken soup noodles 👏🏻😁

Unlike other Korean soup noodle shops, their chicken soup with knife-cut noodles uses chicken thigh meat, especially the thickest part above the chicken thigh joint, cut into chunks and added to the soup with the knife-cut noodles, showing great sincerity.

This is my second time eating here, and I found that the lunch menu is tastier than dinner 😂
