Outstanding Western Restaurant

Unexpectedly, I found an affordable yet high-quality Western restaurant on Hong Kong Island. The environment and service are excellent💕 The restaurant has limited seating and a very cozy atmosphere, and surprisingly, they even offer a kids' menu😱 Perfect for family, friends, or romantic celebrations on special occasions😊

Dinner set menu $388, including soup, bread, salad, main course, and a drink, with an option to add dessert for $69😋 I ordered the US flat iron steak and Norwegian salmon with creamy garlic sauce, which was a delightful surprise.

The salmon skin was pan-fried to a super crispy texture, the flesh was thick but not dry at all. It was tender and juicy😍 The mashed potatoes had a slightly chunky texture, paired with the creamy garlic sauce that was very fragrant and delicious😋

The US flat iron steak was beautifully seared, tender yet with a good bite. The steak was thick, with a slightly pink center, very juicy.
