[ Dragon Feast ] $72: Sauerkraut Fish Phoenix Eye Dumplings - full of spicy flavor, made with sauerkraut and fish, very rich in taste; Crab Roe Spinach Shrimp Dumplings - paired with fresh spinach, bursting with seafood flavor; Bamboo Shoot Shrimp Dumpling King - sweet bamboo shoots perfectly match the shrimp, with thin and translucent dumpling skin; Salted Egg Yolk Cuttlefish Siu Mai - be careful of the juicy filling, salted egg yolk combined with cuttlefish offers a rich texture; Truffle Wild Mushroom Crystal Dumplings - thin skin with generous filling, strong truffle aroma, lots of filling, a delightful surprise; Pandan Sesame Peach Buns - cute green peach shape with a fragrant pandan flavor.

[ Hong Kong Original Flavor 2.0 Siu Mai Platter ] $72: Preserved Vegetable Braised Pork Siu Mai - rich and tasty preserved vegetable braised pork flavor; XO Sauce Scallop Siu Mai - spicy aroma enhances the scallops, thin skin with plenty of filling; Tai O Shrimp Paste Cuttlefish Siu Mai - cuttlefish paired with rich shrimp paste, very unique; Ginger and Salted Fish Siu Mai - salty aroma of salted fish combined with shredded ginger, distinctive and layered; Cilantro Water Chestnut Siu Mai - crunchy water chestnuts with cilantro, fresh and not greasy; Spicy Chicken Cartilage Siu Mai - crispy chicken cartilage with spicy flavor, rich and appetizing texture.

[ Crispy Prosperity Red Rice Rice Roll $52 ] - The outer red rice skin is thin and crispy, with a fried strip wrapped around a shrimp inside. The outer layer is topped with salad dressing and served with three kinds of sauces. The favorite is the spicy sauce in the middle.

[ Dragon Fried Platter $78 ]: Dragon Taro Puff - shaped like a mooncake, crispy outside and soft inside, filled with surprises; Bite-sized Salty Dumplings - thin skin with plenty of filling, chewy texture; Shredded Radish Puff - crispy outside and tender inside, sweet shredded radish with a crispy crust; Tai O Shrimp Paste Fresh Squid Roll - netted skin fried crispy, fresh squid paired with Tai O shrimp paste, rich salty flavor.

For dessert after dim sum, we ordered [ Imperial Osmanthus Jelly $28 ] - the rose-shaped osmanthus jelly is exquisite, sweet and tasty with a light floral fragrance.
