High CP Upstairs Teppanyaki

Right after work, I headed up to Central's "Lung Ting," an upstairs teppanyaki restaurant🔥. Although it's located in Central, you only need $688💰 to enjoy an 11-course high-quality chef's choice teppanyaki meal!

Inside, it features a 🇯🇵 Japanese-style light wood decor🏮. Guests can choose to sit at the bar counter to watch the chef's live performance👨🍳! There are also plenty of seats for a comfortable meal with a big group of friends👫.

As soon as we sat down, we ordered dried codfish🐟 to start. The crispy dried codfish strips🤤 paired with salad dressing and shichimi pepper🌶️ were so savory and finger-licking good🤌!

The appetizers included salmon tartare🐟, salmon head cartilage marinated with kelp🌊, and pickled tricolor onions🧅. The fresh flavors exploded💥, making it a perfect appetizer.

The signature salad🥗 was eye-catching, with large pieces of smoked salmon wrapped around fresh, crisp salad greens🥬, topped with black fish roe✨, delivering a rich, salty, and fresh taste.

Seasonal caviar oysters🦪 were topped with soy-marinated salmon roe🔴, bursting with the fresh flavors of oysters and salmon roe🌊, full of ocean vibes💙.

Caviar with Onsen egg🍳 included white truffle sauce💫, paired with the salty and fresh caviar✨. Mixed well, it was silky smooth and delicious😋, with a max luxury feel💯!

Teppanyaki seafood🔥 allows each person to choose two options✌️, and one meat option🥩.

Japanese scallops × tiger prawns🦐: The scallops were seared to a golden crisp🔥, served on a bed of Italian cucumber🥒. The tiger prawns were firm and fresh💥!

White eel × slow-cooked abalone😍: The white eel was pan-fried until the skin was crispy and the meat tender🐟, rich and flavorful🤤! The abalone was slow-cooked for two days⏳, tender and fresh👌.

🇯🇵 Miyagi thick-cut black pork chop🐖 was very tender, with a nicely seared, fragrant exterior💛, full of wok hei flavor🍳!

American 🇺🇸 Angus thinly sliced roll was super flavorful😋, tender beef wrapped around fried garlic🧄 and chopped scallions🌱, very aromatic and delicious✨.

Black truffle seafood fried rice🍚 filled the air with black truffle aroma🍄 as soon as it was served. The rice grains were distinct✨, topped not only with a shrimp🦐 but also flying fish roe and salmon roe🔴, full of fresh flavor💯!

Chrysanthemum tofu with white miso soup🥣 was generously made👍. The chrysanthemum tofu⚪️ showcased the chef's knife skills🔪, the white miso was perfectly salty✅, combined with the fresh flavor of fish maw💫, truly top-notch🌟.

Finally, we had sorbet dessert🍨, icy and refreshing❄️, the sweet and sour taste washed away the greasiness🌀, a perfect meal🎉!
