Suddenly craving Chinese food, I usually choose "Royal Dynasty," a Chinese restaurant from Singapore specializing in Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine. The food is high quality, the environment is very comfortable, perfect for bringing family to enjoy a leisurely meal. So this weekend, I took my family to chill out 🥟

As soon as I sat down, I immediately ordered my favorite shredded radish pastry. The pastry is very flaky on the outside, every bite is crispy and fragrant, filled with shredded radish inside that has some moisture, so it’s never dry. The taste is sweet and not greasy 🥮

Scallion pancakes are a must-have star snack every time we come here. This scallion pancake is very fluffy, and you can immediately smell the strong scallion aroma when you take a bite. It’s filled with fresh scallions inside, giving it great layers of flavor. Simple but very satisfying, definitely a classic Shanghainese dish! 🧅

Huaiyang Three-Shredded Spring Rolls $48
Also ordered the Huaiyang three-shredded spring rolls, the portion is just right. The spring roll skin is fried to a perfect crisp, juicy with every bite. For the main dish, I chose the Royal Dynasty Dan Dan ramen, the portion is very generous! The broth is spicy and fragrant but not too greasy. The noodles are chewy, topped with scallions and peanuts, giving it a great texture. The spiciness and peanut aroma complement each other perfectly, making you want to keep eating bite after bite without stopping! 🍜

Dried Shrimp Scallion Oil Noodles $60
The other noodle dish is dried shrimp scallion oil noodles, super fragrant! The noodles are topped with a heap of fried scallions, beautifully garnished. Tossing the noodles together releases an explosion of scallion oil aroma. The flavor is rich but not greasy, the noodles are smooth and springy. The simple seasoning actually brings out the freshness of the ingredients, really amazing! 😍
