This BBQ restaurant offers high-quality food, comfortable seating, and excellent service!
First, the Japanese Wagyu shoulder platter is a highlight. The marbling of the Wagyu is evenly distributed, and cooking it to medium rare brings out its perfect flavor. With simple seasoning, you can fully enjoy the rich taste of Wagyu.
The grilled foie gras toast is also impressive. The foie gras is seared to a crispy exterior while remaining tender inside, melting in your mouth. Paired with crunchy toast, the texture is simply outstanding. 😍
The grilled thick-cut beef tongue with scallions is surprisingly delightful. The thick-cut beef tongue is chewy and bouncy, while the scallion adds a fragrant aroma! The soy sauce shrimp is fresh and sweet, with a savory sauce that’s just right.
The carefully selected beef bone marrow stone pot rice is a must-try. The aroma of the beef bone marrow infuses into every grain of rice, making each bite full of flavor. The heat from the stone pot creates a crispy crust on the rice, adding a richer texture.
The Korean-style kimchi pancake has a perfect balance of sour and spicy flavors, making it very appetizing. The pancake isn’t overly greasy. Lastly, for drinks, the cucumber lime soda and lychee soda are both refreshing and help cleanse the palate.
