【Hong Kong】 "Le Petit Paris" in Tai Kwun, Central: A Simple French Flavor Experience

Among the many unique restaurants inside Tai Kwun in Central, "Le Petit Paris" on the platform level offers a light and elegant French 2-course lunch selection.

I think appetizers and soups are quite common, so I went straight for the main course, choosing from steak, the daily selected fish, Italian wontons, or pasta, and then added a dessert. Today's daily selected fish was pan-seared salmon with chickpea puree, topped with a bit of tangy sauce, which gave it an interesting flavor.
