On June 22, 2025, the last day of our Long Weekend Annual Leave, my husband and I came to this Parisian-style casual restaurant at Tai Kwun to perfectly conclude our holiday! This time, the restaurant collaborated with Adidas for a crossover; the color scheme at the entrance and the font on the tables were thoughtfully designed, which immediately attracted us to try dinner. The set dinner included our favorite Black Angus Steak and a healthy starter series to share, which is simply our favorite! The Angus beef truly did not disappoint, every bite was so juicy that we were reluctant to finish it!
The healthy starter series was a delightful surprise:
• Roasted Cauliflower: Shaped like lettuce wraps or lotus leaf rice, super delicate and layered in flavor!
• Arancini Ball: Tomato sauce Italian rice ball with a crispy exterior, dipped in sweet tomato sauce. Eating one or two in summer won’t feel heavy, and the taste is very refreshing!
• Pumpkin Beetroot Greek Cheese Salad: Includes my favorite quinoa and all the ingredients I love. After eating, I genuinely felt this holiday was very “Fruitful,” adding a lot of ritual to our Long Weekend!
• Grilled Chicken Skewers: Perfectly grilled, the chicken was tender and juicy, fully matching the healthy theme, absolutely excellent!
I chose the grilled sea bass with mashed potatoes and broccoli, which instantly brought back memories of having Roast Lunch/Dinner every Sunday in the UK. The portion and taste were very satisfying!
The dessert was the highlight! The Chocolate Mousse Cake was as smooth as chocolate sauce, melting in the mouth; my husband ordered his favorite—crepes with ice cream. I spontaneously spread some chocolate mousse on the crepes, and surprisingly, the two matched perfectly, bursting with sweetness!
The overall atmosphere and service were very pleasant. The staff were friendly and polite, making our Long Weekend end with such a sense of ritual. Truly grateful! Highly recommend this restaurant, definitely worth a try!
