Exploring Hong Kong Beyond Disneyland

There is an elevator to the left of the main entrance of the Miramar Hotel. Go up one floor and turn left to find the restaurant.
The restaurant used to be a gallery that previously exhibited works by artist Wong Cheung. Now, the walls display paintings of unicorns by another artist.
While admiring the artwork, don’t forget to order food.
🔸 Hawaiian Pizza
The pizza crust is thin, with edges that have a cookie-like texture, very crispy. The pineapple is sweet and fresh, the cheese is stretchy, and the ham is slightly charred.
🔸 Smoked Grilled Chicken Wings
The chicken wings have a slightly charred skin with a strong smoky flavor. The meat is tender, and the barbecue sauce has a bit of spiciness.
🔸 Mixed Vegetable Salad
The salad greens are very fresh, and the dressing is different from usual—it’s salty.
🔸 Slow-cooked U.S. Bone-in Pork Saddle
The pork saddle is thick, with a firmer and drier texture. Paired with honey mustard sauce, it has a sweet flavor. The fries are crispy, and the carrots are sweet.
